My Role: Maintenence and updates of the Kore Design System and Figma library components
Primary Dificulties:
keeping all components in sync with Figma’s updates
making sure team follows guide lines
keep DS updated with new components or styles that are needed according to new company / platform requirements
make sure updated components dont break when uploaded to an old file

facilitade designers in the design process within Figma
accelarate design process: less need for dull gray wireframes - designers go straight to higher fidelity for beter visual feedback from stakeholders
